Plan months ahead
Logistics to the United States takes months to plan. Coverings 2027 runs April 6–9, 2027: to meet the deadlines for incoming freight, it pays to start early.
Exact deadlines (for example advance warehouse and freight move-in) are set by the organizers and the official contractor: you will find them in the exhibitor kit. Send them to us once you have them and we will plan backwards from there.
